1. Shower Heads
Combine one cup of water and one cup of vinegar in a plastic bag. Secure that bag over the shower head using a twist-tie or rubber band, making sure that the shower head is covered by the liquid. Leave the bag there for 30 minutes and then rinse the shower head by running hot water.
2. Toothbrush Holders
This one is quite simple. Instead of scrubbing your toothbrush holder, place it on the top rack of your dishwasher and run a normal cycle. Be sure the toothbrush holder is dishwasher safe and not made of reactive metal or wood.
3. Bathroom Mirrors
You might think shaving cream is a culprit in dirtying bathroom mirrors, but it can also help clean them. Rub some shaving cream on your mirror using a paper towel. Wet that paper towel and wipe the shaving cream off the mirror. You’ll find that your bathroom mirrors will be polished as well as smell good and be free of fog for about a week.
4. Shower Curtain Liner
That mildew on your shower curtain liner can get pretty bad, and you can clean it quickly and easily. Just put the liner into your washing machine. Wash it with your regular detergent or ½ cup of baking soda. Add a couple sheets or towels in and run the washer. Rehang the liner in the shower and let it drip dry.
